VAFCCA Board Members are in the preparation and review process of the 2007 strategic plan and budget. This process and related activities requires availability of financial resources to put our plans into action. How do we support a quality child care agenda which ensures our children’s school readiness? Quality child care is the result of training and education. Both of which requires an investment of time and money. We are firming up fundraising and grant writing proposals to address VAFCCA’s administrative funding needs. Above is a listing of individuals who have played a major role in providing financial support. We take this time to send “a very warm thank you” to each family for their financial investment. As a volunteer-managed association, 100 percent of all donations are use to support our day-to-day VAFCCA activities. Until we successfully secure a grant, there is an on going need for donations. For now we have to rely on donations to keep us afloat as we continue this work.
